its a burger.. rubbed with olive oil, and dropped into a medium-temped pan, covered, while the dressing of grated cucumber, dill, & ranch 'made friends', and the angular-cut pita bread toasted up (don't worry I saved the bits for pita chips later;); then, when the burger started screaming at me, I uncovered, flipped, and turned off the heat to let it settle, while the pita finished up toasting.
dressed and served. its a messy eat, and.. worth it.
