full: canned chicken chunks, mayo, pickle juice, apple cider vinegar, lemon juice, kosher salt, cracked black pepper.
set-up 20min in the fridge, shaking after 10min. turn on broiler HIGH after 10min and toast halved sourdough slices, sliced at an advantage.
top with chicken salad, sliced roma tomato, and parmesan with additional cracked black pepper;
broil 3 minutes, or until parmesan is browned and serve.
side with romaine lettuce, cubed roma tomato, and crumbled homemade croutons (sourdough, parmesan, oregano, olive oil, baked), with a bleu cheese dresssing
