Pressure Cooker :: Roast Beef Sandwiches, from Rump Roast, 'Better than Bouillon' Vegetable Stock, Cracked Black Pepper, and Au Jus Mix

pre-step: freeze a plate, for the future 15min fridge chill

1.5lb rump roast, fat side down, topped with raw bouillon, cracked black pepper, and au jus mix

for RARE, 20min HP NPR 7min (preferred) for medium (my mistake but still pink!) 35min HP NPR 10min, in a bath of hot water+ blended bouillon
while NPR is happening, pre-heat 1/4 pan in the oven broiler;


after NPR, reserve beef onto heated 1/4 pan, and sauté/reduce juices to half, 10min sauté HIGH


spoon over reduced juices, and broil 5min


fridge-chill 15 minutes on freezer-chilled plate


thinly slice (santoku knife) slice and serve on sourdough bread, with mayo

no additional seasoning is required - its. . . delicious

then go back for seconds.. because.. you will :P
