steam the talapia 10min HP QPR with kosher salt, thyme, fresh parsley

then add a dab of butter and cracked black pepper, broil 2min and serve

I was able to double-utilize the broiler to make up these croutons, from sourdough, with parmasan, oregano, and olive oil.
