1/4 pan was par-broiled, 'empty' to provide a hot surface and crispier tortilla. added black&mahogany rice (40min HP NPR), and White Beans, etc (1hr HP NPR), plus JilliPepper.com 'Red Chile Salsa Mix', which I use dry. (and yes, Jill will mail you a case of it, when you order online).
Broiled for about 8 minutes, until the edges curled up and got crispy.
