Sausages with Sauerkraut, Jalapeño + Hot Hungarian Paprika

when you've got time.. frozen brats, slowly revived, under cover in some better-than-bouillon vegetable base, sauerkraut, and jalapeno rings (from a jar: thx sis!), then sliced and returned to med-high heat with a sprinkling of hot hungarian paprika.. brown both sides, then plate with the remaining veggie matter from the pan; fork it - its nom.
