Veggie Breakfast :: Wilted Spinach + Corn Niblets

this morning's veggie breakfast pick-me-up is wilted spinach, done with olive oil + splash of apple cider vinegar; then the leftover corn, salted with a pat of butter; yep.. this is definitely what I needed right now
