Veggie Bowl :: Crinkle-Cut Carrots, Spiced Green Beans, and Wilted Spinach in Olive Oil

another veggie breakfast.. frozen crinkle-cut carrots, microwaved 1min, covered with a wet paper towel, then fried in a bit of olive oil, added to last night's pan-reheated green beans + jilli pepper salad mix, and some wilted spinach in olive oil. . . rounds out the breakfast bowl nicely :)
