Pressure Cooker :: Chipotle BBQ Beef Chuck Short Ribs with Kosher Salt, Steamed, then Broiled

sprinked with chipotle powder and slathered with BBQ sauce

steam over water, 30min HP NPR

reduce juices, sauté HIGH, 10min.  spoon over ribs and broil, top rack, 5min; then rest 5min

slice and serve, with a BBQ side dipping sauce
