breakfast mignon, steamed med-low temp from frozen w/ broccoli in olive oil + prosecco + oregano for about 5-7min; then added cracked black pepper, flipped, and cooked high temp for a couple of minutes; rest 5min, add a squeeze of lemon and a dollop of sour cream. good morning.
