the undercooked bits of yam from last night, skins and all, re-nuked until softened (4min), then muddled into a pie tin and broiled for 3minutes. then transferred to a soufflé dish, with cracked black pepper, a drizzle of honey, and broiled an additional 3 minutes; all the while, the pita with hummus, sat on a lower rack to warm through, and when the yams were ready, was moved up a rack, to finish.
