a redeux lo mein; broken up fettuccine noodles are over-cooked 15-20min, while 61-70 sized frozen shrimps are pan fried in white wine, covered with snipped green onion; frozen chicken strips are warmed in the microwave, then flash high-temp dry fried, and then blended off-heat with the shrimp/white wine mixture -- served in bowl with a drizzling of oyster sauce -- I didn't use any soy, but its a nice picture. nom.
