Pressure Cooker :: Rotini Pasta and Egg Salad with Water, Vinegar, Pepperocini, Mayo + Salt

rotini pasta, vinegar and water go in the bottom, with a tray of two(2) eggs.

6min LP NPR

chill a bowl with icewater

drain pasta and break eggs.

blend in mayo, and salt.  freeze serving bowl + dine bowl for 10 minutes

add additional mayo to taste, pepper and serve
